Jack Crocker more widely known as Exel, up and coming electronic producer. It started for Exel (Jack) when he took up drums at junior school and continued throughout his time at senior school, playing in ‘Big Band’ and various Rock Bands. He gained a distinction at GSCE in Performing Arts which involved creating events and performing various acts, DJ, drums, percussion and vocal percussion. Following this Exel (Jack) took on DJing at parties in and around Exeter supporting Mr Nice and Maxxi P. (Audio) World Dance mixed by DJ Hype & Ellis Dee

This is by far the best Old Skool Drum n Bass compilation ever released, mixed by two of the best DJ’s about at the time, Hype and Ellis Dee! It was released back in 96 when every tune was a classic and Hype (who is still going strong) was tearing up the turntables with Beavis & Butthead scratching. Legendary!

(Video) Skream – Burning Up

Here is one of Skream’s latest releases, Burning Up! It’s actually more Jungle than Dubstep (Skream being primarily a Dubstep producer) and it’s really just a remix of Cloud 9 – You Got Me Burnin’ released on Moving Shadow in 1993. What a remix it is though! The classic sound of Jungle crossed with the dirty bass of Dubstep.
