Darren Kandler, known by his stage name Klashnekoff (pronounced K-Lash-Nek-Off) or Ricochet Klashnekoff, is a British rapper born in Aldershot, Hampshire 37 miles southwest of London. But then moved to Hackney on the East side of London where he began his career in rapping. He was the founding member of the Terra Firma Crew (also in the krew, Skribblah & Kyza) His debut album The Sagas Of…, includes the singles “Murda” (check the vid below) (which was later released on the movie album Kidulthood), “Zero”, “All I Got” and “Black Rose’” and was released in 2004. His most recent album, Lionheart: Tussle with the Beast, was released on 26 February 2007. He was nominated for the 2007 BET award for best U.K. Hip-Hop artist, alongside Kano(winner), JME, Lethal B, Wiley, and Dizzee Rascal.
